As one of the hightly
decorated police officers on the Chicago Police force, Jack is the founding member and visionary behind the Public Safety
Officer's Fund. After he was critically injured in the line of duty on March 9th, 2000, Jack was awarded duty-disability
from the Chicago Police Department. He owns two private security companies, tight Security in Chicago, IL and TSI Security
Professionals, Inc. in Florida.

Doug Boettcher, Vice-President & National Chaplain
After
a successful sales career propelled him to millionaire status, Doug resigned from business in order to dedicate himself full
time as an Associate Pastor and Director of Ministries to Dr. Robb Thompson at Family Harvest Church in Tinley Park, IL.
Doug has been sought after by churches and organizations across the globe for consultation and teaching on finances, leadership,
productivity, and church growth. He sits on the Boards of several ministries and churches across the country including
Family Harvest Church International. His pursuit of Godly wisdom is bringing revelation and dynamic results to churches,
ministries and organizations around the world.
