Jack Deheer, President
As one of the hightly decorated police officers on the Chicago Police force, Jack is the founding member and visionary behind the Public Safety Officer's Fund.  After he was critically injured in the line of duty on March 9th, 2000, Jack was awarded duty-disability from the Chicago Police Department.  He owns two private security companies, tight Security in Chicago, IL and TSI Security Professionals, Inc. in Florida.

Bob Dearth, Vice President & Midwest Operations Director
Bob is a veteran of the Chicago Police Department with over 20 years of service presently assigned to the Mass Transit unit. Bob was the original visionary with the Chicago Police to bring back the Chicago Police baseball teams which had been dropped back in the early 50s. 

Bob brought that back to the Police department along with the assistance of CHICAGO POLICE COMMANDER MICHAEL ACOSTA and PO Jack DeHeer after numerous meetings and tryouts and sweat and tears, Bob had a Chicago Police baseball team back in existence.

Chicago Police graphic arts and writer DENNIS BINGHAM, now retired, also assisted in the effort.  We were the Knights named after the Marine unit with their approval - The BLUE KNIGHTS.
